White as Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the cleaning services provided by White as Snow Cleaning (“White as Snow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you (“you” or “the client”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
White as Snow provides professional residential cleaning services — including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and recurring cleaning — in Tacoma, WA and surrounding areas. The exact scope of each visit is based on the service you select and the details you provide.
2. Estimates & Quotes
Estimates are based on the information you give us and are not a final, binding price until confirmed. If the size, condition, or scope of the work differs from what was described, we may adjust the price and will communicate any change with you before proceeding where possible.
3. Pricing & Payment
Our professional cleaning services start at $160. Your final price depends on the size of your home, its current condition, and the type of cleaning you choose. We accept Zelle, PayPal (credit/debit cards welcome), cash, checks, and contactless tap-to-pay (tapping your phone or card to ours) upon completion of service. Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
4. Deposits
For first-time appointments and deep cleaning services, we kindly require a 25% deposit to reserve your booking. This allows us to set aside time and prepare to give your home our full attention and care.
5. Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit, as we will have reserved that time for you.
6. Recurring Service & Discounts
Recurring clients receive loyalty discounts on standard cleaning services: 15% off weekly, 10% off bi-weekly, and 5% off monthly. Discounts apply to standard cleaning only and do not include add-on or additional services. The first visit is charged at the standard rate, and discounts apply starting from the second visit once recurring service is confirmed.
7. Your Responsibilities
- Provide safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled time;
- Secure cash, jewelry, and other valuables or irreplaceable items;
- Secure pets that may be anxious or aggressive, for their safety and ours;
- Ensure working utilities (water, electricity) are available; and
- Let us know in advance of any hazards, special instructions, or areas to avoid.
8. Quality of Service
We take genuine pride in our work and clean to professional (ISSA) standards with care and attention to detail. If you have any concerns, we welcome your feedback so we can continue to improve. Please note that free re-cleans, refunds, or return visits are not guaranteed.
9. Before & After Photographs
With your permission, we may take “before” and “after” photos of cleaned areas for quality and marketing purposes. These photos will not include identifying personal details. If you prefer we not take or use such photos, simply let us know and we will respect your request.
10. Liability & Insurance
White as Snow is bonded and insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed. If you believe we caused damage, please notify us within 24 hours of the service so we can review and address it promptly. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected cleaning.
11. Non-Solicitation
To protect our team and business, you agree not to directly hire or engage any White as Snow cleaner outside of our company for a period of 12 months following their service in your home.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in or serving Pierce County, Washington.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
